Dispute Resolution And Jurisdiction
a) Mediation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration will be pursued.
b) Arbitration: Disputes will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The arbitration seat will be Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA, and proceedings will be conducted in English. Costs will be borne individually unless directed otherwise by the arbitrator.
